About

Founder of this catalog. The first in Ukraine to sell an internet startup for more than $1 million — Forbes wrote about this. I am not a blogger or a coach: I founded dozens of companies, 5 of which became leaders in their niches, and sold 4. My company was the best partner of the firm '1С' in Western Ukraine for seven consecutive years — so I know how to build a service business not just in theory. I created companies in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and C2C — advertising, production, trade. The foundation for this is two higher educations (applied mathematics and economics) and a PhD in mathematics. A mentor in two startup accelerators, a graduate of four, I had my own startup studio where 10 startup teams, in which I invested, worked in my office. Therefore, I see the company holistically — business model, processes, people — but I start not with 'rebuilding everything,' but with 2–3 processes where AI will pay off fastest. Then we scale what has already proven its profitability. For this, I developed an AI implementation organization chart: course.aiadvisoryboard.me/uk/orgchart. And training programs transition the entire company to AI — from top managers to ordinary employees, and everyone leaves not with notes, but with their own working automation.

How we can work together

$250/hr · min. $5000 per project

1 · Free AI audit — 30 minutes We analyze your business on a call and identify 2–3 processes where AI will provide the fastest return on investment. You leave with a concrete list, regardless of whether we continue working together. 2 · AI Automation Plan — $1,000 A written plan after a deeper audit of your processes: which 2–3 processes to automate first, with what tools, how much it will cost, and when it will pay off—with an ROI calculation for each item. With this plan, you can work independently, with your own team, or with an expert from this catalog. 3 · One-off implementation — from $5,000 Once a process is chosen, I bring it to a functioning automation within your company. $250/hour, minimum project size — $5,000. 4 · Specialist expert — from $3,000 to $10,000/mo When the task is already defined and you need hands to get it done. I select an expert for a specific task; the price depends on the scope and qualifications. 5 · Specialist expert + my supervision — my involvement is $3,000/mo An expert from this catalog works on your project 8 hours a day, and I spend an hour daily supervising the project: implementation architecture, priorities, and work acceptance. My involvement costs $3,000/mo, and the expert is paid separately, from $3,000–$10,000/mo depending on their level and scope. So, the total comes to $6,000 to $13,000/mo, and you see exactly what you are paying for in each half. 6 · AI Transformation Director — pricing on request 4 hours per day, 20 business days. I fill the role that a Chief AI Officer would cover in-house: I analyze the business model and processes, build a roadmap, lead the implementation, train the team, and am responsible for the result. For comparison: a full-time person with this profile costs $250k+ per year, takes 3–6 months to find, and comes with the risk of a bad hire. Here, you get a start next week, on a monthly basis, without the payroll burden and without years of commitment. In a quarter, the company ends up with working AI processes in several departments, not just a presentation. Data under control: I work under an NDA; if client data cannot be sent to third-party clouds, the solution is deployed on your servers (self-hosted / on-prem).

Exact scope and price depend on the task — describe your task below, and we will discuss it during a free call.

Not sure where to start? Start with a free 30-minute AI audit. During the call, we identify 2–3 processes with the greatest potential return.

  • Pages written for citation by AI search engines
    MarketingEdTecharound a week, August 2026

  • Voice AI agent that calls back on a request from the site
    SalesOtherAugust 2026

A person leaves a request on the website — and within a few minutes, they receive a call from an AI agent who conducts a conversation in Ukrainian with a live voice.

    course.aiadvisoryboard.me/uk/promo/smartsim

Outcome:A live call by request was successfully completed (19 seconds of conversation). Along the way, two silent bugs were found, due to which some requests were lost without a trace: the dialer took the phone from the old client card instead of the number from the form, and the request card did not reach the manager at all if the name contained the symbol "&".

  • A blog with 500 articles has been spun off into two different offerings
    MarketingEdTechJuly 2026

On all 500 blog posts, there was one button with an offer that suited a minority of readers; now each post leads to the one that is relevant to it.

    aiadvisoryboard.me/blog

Outcome:148 articles now lead to the daily reporting tool, 352 to the corporate program; both paths have been tested on a live website.

  • External memory for AI agents, so as not to go in circles

    github.com/ymaxymovych/parallel-ai-dev

  • Page of original texts with protection against silent substitution
    MarketingMediaAugust 2026

A curated selection of 14 long essays with full texts and dates - to prove to the editor in half a minute that the author writes regularly himself.

    course.aiadvisoryboard.me/writing

Outcome:14 essays, about 93 thousand characters, live in prod with verified links to primary sources.

  • Page under paid advertising, where the first screen is the tool itself
    MarketingEdTechJuly 2026

Instead of promises in the title, the visitor immediately receives a working tool: they enter the website address and the number of people - and see the structure of their company with hints on where AI will save time.

    course.aiadvisoryboard.me/uk/ai

Outcome:The page is in production, works under advertising while preserving campaign tags; a short address leads to the desired language version, so advertising can be provided without long links.

  • Public set of skills for writing and testing technical tasks
    IT and engineeringOtherAugust 2026

Three ready-made procedures for an AI assistant: converting a dictated idea into a technical task, running it through three independent AI reviews, and checking whether what was ordered was actually done.

    github.com/ymaxymovych/tz-skills

Outcome:The collection is used daily in our own development and has been publicly released as educational material.

  • my-day: daily team reports with AI timeline
OperationsTeam managementsince the end of 2025, daily use

The team's daily rhythm without meetings: each team member writes a brief report "yesterday / today / blockers", the system distributes tasks across the day's timeline and connects an AI advisor, and the manager sees the big picture across the entire team.

    aiadvisoryboard.me/my-day

Outcome:The real client team uses it daily; the manager sees the team's status without morning calls.

  • Corporate training: each participant gets their own working automation in 6 days
OperationsCorporate training (groups of 10–20 employees)2–3 weeks per group, 2026, the program is ongoing

Training teams to work with AI agents not "in theory", but under specific tasks of each participant: each participant takes away from the program the automation of their own workflow, not a lecture.

    course.aiadvisoryboard.me/corporate

Outcome:On the 6th day, each participant had their first working automation; by the 7th day, almost half of the group (8 people) were demonstrating their own solutions. Each individual automation paid off the cost of all services. One participant did in two days what she had previously estimated would take three months. The best proof of value: one of the companies has already ordered training for a third group (they started with five people), and the classes consistently last 1.5–2.5 hours instead of the planned one hour – people don't want to leave.

  • Constructor of the organizational structure with prompts, where to implement AI
HR and people operations4 sprints, July 2026

The manager builds the structure of their company - departments and roles - in just a few minutes and sees in which roles AI will save the most time.

    course.aiadvisoryboard.me/uk/orgchart

IT and engineeringhas been in development since June 2026 and is used daily

A workflow where multiple AI assistants simultaneously perform different tasks in one product, without interfering with each other and delivering the results themselves.

    github.com/ymaxymovych/parallel-ai-dev

Outcome:Dozens of changes per week reach the product without manual supervision of each step; there is an emergency switch that stops all automatic posting with one action.

  • Comparison of AI models for handwritten form recognition
    OperationsManufacturing (window systems)June 2026

For a manufacturing client, several AI models for recognizing text from photos of handwritten order forms were tested to select the most accurate one.

Outcome:Quantitative comparison of the accuracy of several models for a reasoned choice of solution.

  • Automated knowledge base of team calls
    OperationsKnowledge ManagementApril–July 2026 (active development)

Business call recordings are automatically converted into a structured knowledge base that can be searched by content, rather than scrolled through manually.

  • Smart cold email campaigns for B2B sales
SalesB2B SaaS / customer acquisitionJune 2026 (~1 week of intensive sprint)

B2B lead search: the system finds potentially interested companies and itself writes personalized cold emails through AI, with protection against fabricated facts.

Outcome:Automated personalized letters instead of template-based mass mailings.

  • Search through meeting records with second-by-second accuracy
    OperationsOtherJuly 2026

All meeting recordings are automatically transcribed, and any spoken phrase can be found by query - along with the moment it was said.

Outcome:First run on prod - 25 records out of 25 processed from disk, zero external quota spent.

  • Suitability of 320 pages for phone and automatic doorman
    IT and engineeringEdTechAugust 2026

Instead of manually checking 320 pages – three general rules and an automated test that doesn't let a broken page on a phone into the product.

Outcome:There were 15 issues - now there are 0. The Guardian paid off on the first day: it caught a cookie banner wider than the screen on every page of the site, which manual review did not see.

  • Collected contacts have been transferred to CRM, and AI fantasies are under control
    SalesOtherJuly 2026

People who registered for webinars and exchanged promo codes had not been getting into the customer database for years - now they are getting in along with a draft of the first message.

Outcome:On live data: 22 client cards, 20 personal automation cards, 22 dossiers, 21 drafts, 0 automatically sent messages. Out of 19 drafts, 4 turned out to be unsuitable (non-existent link, kilobytes of garbage, hieroglyphics in the middle of Ukrainian text) — although the model's task directly prohibited this; now they are caught by mechanical verification after generation, rather than trusting the model.

  • Autogeneration of personalized commercial offers
SalesEdTech / business consultingJune-July 2026, works in prod

Instead of manually compiling a commercial proposal, the system itself assembles a personalized page for a specific client: AI inserts their context, evidence from real cases, and tariffs. The manager only reviews it before sending.

Outcome:A personalized offer in minutes instead of hours of manual work; the system shows when the client opened the page.

  • Tenders with suppliers turnkey: mini-CRM in an hour and a half
OperationsInternational sea transportation / logistics1.5 hours of design + implementation, 2026

The client is a logistics company specializing in international sea freight. In just one and a half hours, we designed and implemented the automation of the entire tender cycle with suppliers: collecting proposals, semi-automatic correspondence, conducting negotiations, and a mini-CRM system tailored to this process.

Outcome:Before: the manager was only able to negotiate with 10 out of 50 suppliers - she didn't have the patience for the rest. After: all 50 are now involved in the work. Approximately 40% of her work time has been freed up; the cost of the consultations paid for itself within the first three months, considering only the cost of her work time.
