This document is a Public Offer (Proposal) by «2EVENT PARTNERS» LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), addressed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), to conclude a Service Agreement for the use of the AI Advisory Board web platform on the terms set out below.
1.1. This Agreement is an agreement of adhesion within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. 1.2. Use of the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

3.1. The Provider provides the User with access to the AI Advisory Board web platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") for the purposes of planning, reporting, and organization management.
4.1. Access to certain functions of the Service may be provided on a paid basis (subscription). 4.2. The cost of services is determined according to the Tariffs placed in the interface of the Service. 4.3. Payment is made by non-cash transfer of funds through bank payment systems.
5.1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 5.2. The Provider agrees to ensure the stable operation of the Service, except for maintenance time.
6.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
7.1. The Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
8.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by one of the parties.
