My Day

Plan and report your day in 5 minutes. Managers see the team's work without status meetings.

Write tasks as lines, like in a document. Mark status in one click, and the report writes itself. In a few weeks you see which team routines are worth handing to AI.

Free until 1 January 2027 for teams of up to 10 people, including one person, without plan AI limits. Standard prices for teams of 11 or more and after the promotion: free for one person. Teams of 2 or more: $1.99 per person per month, first 30 days free during beta.

"Invoice" repeats for the third week in a row, about 30 minutes each time. That's an automation candidate: an invoice template from your CRM.

How it works

Morning · 2 minutes

Plan in lines

Type, dictate or pull from Google Calendar. My Day shows what fits into your working hours and what doesn't.

During the day

Status in one click

Done, partly done, moved. Book time on the day strip — the event appears in your Google Calendar.

Evening · 0 minutes

The report writes itself

Plan versus actual, blockers, what's next. Your manager sees it without a separate email.

Three steps: org chart → My Day → implementation

  1. Free org chart

Map your team's roles and responsibilities in an org chart: this is the starting point.

  2. The team records their working days in My Day. This sensor builds a routine map from actual days rather than assumptions.

  3. The Edvisor helps you see what to automate first. Proven approaches can be saved as recipes, building a record of implementation experience.

Create a team in 5 minutes

How the founder uses it

Yaroslav manages around ten parallel agent chats from a single My Day canvas. The canvas is one document: he keeps tasks here, sees the boundary of today's capacity and connects daily work to goals.

  • The ‘you will get this far today’ line and AI time estimates help plan the day.
  • Team advice helps identify where a manager's attention and delegation are needed.
  • The goal ladder connects today's actions to a longer horizon.

Where this leads: an autonomous company

Our vision is a manager's control panel: working-day sensor → Edvisor → management analytics → automation library → autonomous management. This is a direction for development, not a list of capabilities available today. The library should collect proven recipes so each implementation builds on earlier experience.

  1. Handle more routine decisions.
  2. Delegate tasks to employees.
  3. Identify what to automate or assign to an agent.
  4. Create automations and agents for the task at hand.
  5. Learn from the results of work.

For managers: the whole team on one screen

No more "what are you working on?". Each person's daily report, a people × days board, assignments with a "taking it" reply, and project health.

  • Assignments land in the person's Inbox; you see the status right away
  • Attention cards: who is silent, what's stuck, what's waiting
  • The morning review is available in your workspace; notifications go to Telegram or a verified email if the channel is available. Sending starts at 09:00 Kyiv time
  • Managers and owners can see all verified work records in their team, including advice, chat and history

Routine map: what the team really does, and what to hand to AI

Not from what people say, but from their days. Hours per month spent on repeated work, by department, and the top 10 automation candidates from a library of proven solutions.

The routine map is built on the APQC process framework, an international reference that breaks any company's work into 1,297 standard processes. That is why "client invoices" in one company and "billing" in another become the same process with a ready solution.

Your data and AI models, plainly

AI features run on Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash / Flash-Lite through OpenRouter (USA) — only with your consent to AI advice; without it, My Day works without AI. Emails, phone numbers and account numbers are removed before anything is sent to the model.

Your manager and team owner can see your day, advice, Advisor chat and history in their team. "Who sees my day" lists exactly who has access. Export or permanently delete your data at any time.

Questions

Isn't this surveillance?

Each person writes their own day. The manager sees a report, not a screen. The Private label does not hide verified work records in their company from managers and owners. There is no app activity tracker, and there won't be.

How much time does it take?

About two minutes in the morning and a few clicks during the day. The report writes itself.

Where does the routine map come from?

After 2–4 weeks of team entries, My Day groups repeated work by department, counts the hours and matches it against a library of ready automations.

Is there a Ukrainian version?

Yes, the interface is fully translated; each person picks the language in settings.
