$500k pre-seed: the last mile of AI implementation, productized for the mid-market

AI Advisory Board is raising a 9-month pre-seed in two $250k tranches tied to 90-day milestones. Markets: Ukraine today and the United States as the first international market. The service is already cash-flow positive; the round buys acceleration, not survival.

Business

A methodology-driven implementation network, not an agency

What we sell

Moving a company to AI with its own employees: an org-structure and value-flow diagnostic → training → a shelf of standard deterministic automation packages by department with acceptance criteria and before/after measurement → a maintenance subscription.

How we scale

Like 1C: the center holds the standard (methodology, package shelf, certification, maintenance platform); certified partners deliver in their region and industry. The partner earns on implementation, the center on the standard and the subscription.

Three revenue layers

A fixed fee per implemented package; a monthly “keep it working” subscription that keeps automations alive as models, APIs and processes change; partner certification and membership.

Moat

Not the templates — those get copied. A continuously updated package library, cross-vertical benchmarks, a certification standard and a maintenance platform for live automations — what a copy cannot reproduce.

The round

$500k over 9 months: use of funds

The plan is deliberately heavy on sales and partners and light on code: code written for today's models depreciates fast; clients, cases, partners and distribution do not.

Founder

Yaroslav Maxymovych

  • About 50 ventures launched over 20 years, about 20 profitable, 4 sold — including one of Ukraine's first $1M+ exits.
  • Founder of 2Event, an events platform with $2.5M GMV and 500k users, growing over 100% a year before COVID.
  • Top 1C partner in Western Ukraine for seven consecutive years — the same partner model now applied to AI implementation.
  • Writes no code: the company's platform is built with Claude by a founder with no engineering background — the reference case of the method itself.

Legal: a Ukrainian LLC and sole proprietorship today; a US (Delaware) entity is part of the round plan.
