About the company
Short (one sentence)
AI Advisory Board is a Ukrainian company that moves 10–250-person companies to AI through their own employees: training, working automations per department, and a corporate AI core on subscription.
Long boilerplate
AI Advisory Board was founded in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Yaroslav Maxymovych. The company works from Lviv with clients in Ukraine and Europe. Its method differs from turnkey implementation: automations are built not by outside developers but by the client's own staff, guided by a methodology with acceptance criteria for every process — so the automation stays in the company after the contractor leaves.
What the company does: corporate AI-transition programmes (groups of 10–20 employees trained on their real tasks), a shelf of standard automation packages per department with before/after measurement, a single corporate AI core and a maintenance subscription that keeps automations alive as models and processes change. Separately: online courses on working with AI agents, an AI calling agent for lead qualification, a catalogue of AI experts, and the AI News Aggregator.
The founder built the company's platform with AI agents, without an engineering degree or a programming staff — that is the reference case for the method. Client names are not published; references are available on request.

Logo
Logo and mark
The logo is a mark (a square with the letters “AI” and three dots — the board), the name, and the website address. The address is part of the logo, not a caption. Each variant ships as SVG, PNG (512 and 1024 px, transparent) and PDF.
Usage rules
- Colour version on light grounds; white version on dark or coloured grounds; black for single-colour print.
- Clear space around the logo: at least the height of the letter “A” in the name.
- Minimum size: mark 24 px, horizontal logo 140 px wide, 25 mm in print.
- Do not change proportions, colours or the gap between mark and name; no shadows, outlines or gradients.
- Do not use the old six-dot circle or the purple “Smart Standups & Daily Planning” image — both retired on 15 Sep 2026.
