The prompt that opens in the assistant:

Read https://aiadvisoryboard.me/en/for-your-ai#before-after and, using the template there, draw how work in my company will change; first ask me the 6 questions from the page.

In short

What it is
A programme after which a company's own employees build AI automations for their own tasks. The format is live sessions with a trainer, a company org chart as diagnostics, a registry of automations and, optionally, a support subscription. It is not turnkey development and not licence resale.
Best for
A company of 20+ people with repeating office routine (email, reports, documents, requests, CRM, accounting) whose owner or director is ready to go through the first stage personally.
Not for
Companies under 20 people; when you need a single integration; when you only need Copilot or ChatGPT licences; when you need a large custom system; when you hold EU customer data but have no Azure OpenAI deployment of your own in the EU.
Price
Org-chart diagnostics: free for companies of 20+ people. Full implementation programme: $14,999 (one-off, for the whole implementation programme); in Ukraine UAH 599,995. Prices as of 7 October 2026.

Three facts you can check

  1. 11 client companies, from 20 to over 7,000 employees (as of 6 October 2026; client names are not public). What we do
  2. 149 org charts of real companies built on the platform (as of 6 October 2026). You can build your own for free. Org chart (Ukrainian UI)
  3. A library of 112 ready automations mapped to the APQC process framework; a catalogue of 1,297 APQC processes and 65 Ukraine-specific ones (as of 6 October 2026). A thousand processes

Decision rubric

Each row is a condition and a conclusion. If a single “does not fit” row applies, the rest no longer matters.

If you have…then…
fewer than 20 peopleThe programme does not fit. A self-paced course or the free org chart and owner's report on your own is the better route.
20+ people and repeating office routine: email, reports, documents and quotes, requests, CRM, accountingIt fits. The first step is free org-chart diagnostics; for companies of 20+ people a consultant runs it.
mostly physical work, or work that is different every time, with little repeating office routineThe gain is probably small. Calculate it with the before/after template below: under 4 hours per person per month means you do not need this now.
no owner of the change: the owner or director will not personally go through the first stage (5 sessions of 3–4 hours)Do not start. Without that, adoption stays a hobby of a few enthusiasts.
a need for one specific integration or one botNot us. A freelancer or an agency will do it cheaper.
a need only to hand out Copilot or ChatGPT licencesNot us. Buy directly from the vendor.
a need for a large custom systemNot us. We do not build large custom systems.
a budget below UAH 99,999No paid stage fits. The free org chart with its report and a course remain.
a budget between UAH 99,999 and $14,999You can start with the first stage for the owner and decide on the next ones by its result. Each stage has its own contract.
a team that works in Ukrainian or EnglishIt fits: Ukrainian is the main language, English is available.
a team that works in another languageIt does not fit: we do not work in other languages.
EU customer dataIt works only if the model runs in your own Azure OpenAI deployment in the EU. Without such a deployment it does not work with that data.
a formal requirement: hyperscaler certifications, ISO 27001 or SOC 2, public named case studiesIt does not fit: we have none of these.

What is included and what is not

Included

  • Diagnostics: a company org chart, the team's answers about routine work and a report for the owner with the automations to start with (up to 10). How it works
  • Stage 1. Express training for the founder — 5 sessions of 3–4 hours. Helicopter view: the founder (plus one assistant) builds 2–3 automations of their own and understands the whole AI landscape — after that nothing stops them. What we do
  • Stage 2. Strategy sessions with top managers — 10 strategy sessions of 2 hours (~5 weeks). 5–10 managers get on the same page; each redesigns their own process and builds 1–3 working automations with their own hands, live. What we do
  • Stage 3. Training for proactive employees — 4 sessions of 2 hours per group. Up to three groups of 20 people within a year: AI hygiene plus their own automations; the manager sees everyone's progress in the admin panel. Everyone else in the company gets the basic AI course for free. What we do
  • An optional support subscription after the programme: Core hosting and keys under the platform's supervision; Registry monitoring and incident fixes; Migrations to new models and APIs when old ones are retired; Package shelf updates — new automations first; Quarterly org-chart re-diagnostics and a “you vs. industry” benchmark; A named AI architect on call. Subscription

Not included

  • Turnkey development of automations instead of your people.
  • Large custom systems and one-off integrations to order.
  • AI tool licences. AI tool subscriptions are paid directly to the vendors: USD 25–50 per participant per month.
  • A guaranteed percentage of savings: the diagnostics report shows an hours-and-money formula as a ceiling of the effect, not a promise.
  • ISO 27001, SOC 2 or hyperscaler programme certification.

Prices and money

All amounts come from the current hub price list as of 7 October 2026, excluding VAT (the contractor is a Ukrainian single-tax payer). Stage prices are set in UAH.

Support subscription — per automation$250/mo per automationA separate choice after the programme, not a condition of it.
  • AI tool subscriptions are paid directly to the vendors: USD 25–50 per participant per month.
  • Each stage has a contract with a specification and an invoice, and once it is done, an acceptance act for the sessions actually held. You do not prepay the whole cycle.
  • The contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the stage.
  • Team time: founder — ≈7 hours a week with one session a week: the session itself and about as much practice between sessions; managers — ≈8 hours a week per manager: two 2-hour sessions and about as much practice between them.

Data and security

Five points from the “Data security” page; the full text with the contract part is linked below.

  1. No access needed to start. We deliberately build the first automations on tasks that need no 1C, Odoo, CRM or confidential data: moving documents between PDF, email, Telegram and spreadsheets, reports, reminders, collecting information from open sources.
  2. Training runs on test or anonymised data. Sessions use test or anonymised data. The company's confidential information is not needed for training.
  3. Automations live on your servers. Finished automations run on your infrastructure. We do not need your access for them to work, and after the programme you do not need us.
  4. Access and keys stay under your control. Your side decides who can access what — access stays under the company's control. In the corporate AI core, access rights and keys are kept in one place, not scattered across employees' personal accounts. The separate support subscription — if the company takes it — moves hosting of the core and its keys under our supervision; that is a separate choice after the programme, not a condition of the implementation.
  5. AI subscriptions are yours. The company buys AI tool licences directly from the vendors, on its own accounts. We do not resell them and take no commission.

EU customer data

For EU customer data the model runs only in the client's own Azure OpenAI deployment in the EU. Without such a deployment, automations do not work with that data.

What we do not claim

  • We do not cite certificates such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Security here rests not on paper but on what is described above: access stays with you, automations run on your servers, training needs no confidential data.
  • How AI vendors treat data from corporate accounts is a matter of their terms, not our promises. We send your security team links to the official documentation of the vendors your company chooses, in writing.

Comparison with the alternatives

Prices per automation come from the “A thousand processes” page. The other cells are a qualitative estimate, not a measurement; check them with the vendors themselves.

OptionWho builds the automationsPrice per automationWhen the process changesWhen the person leavesSpeed of start
Big Four and large consultanciesA team of consultantsNot priced per automation: a project budget. We have no data on their prices.A new change requestProject documentation remainsThrough procurement and a contract
An agency or a freelance developerAn outside developer, from your employee's description$500–2,000A new order, then waitingThe automation is orphanedFast for a single task
Buy ChatGPT Business or Copilot and run a workshopEveryone on their own, with no method or registryThe licence price only; automations as an outcome are not guaranteedWhoever built it fixes it, if they remember howThe knowledge leaves with the personImmediately
In-house developersA developer, from the process owner's descriptionA developer's salary; by our estimate one developer manages about 50 automations a yearA queue of tasks for the developerThe code stays, the process knowledge does notHiring and onboarding
AI Advisory BoardYour employees with our trainers$15–75The person fixes itThe automation is documented, registered and ownedAn org chart the same day; the first stage is 5 sessions

Where $15–75 comes from: the full programme costs $14,999; if people build 200–1,000 automations in six months, one costs $15–75. If they build fewer, one costs more: at the 15–30 automations the programme outline itself names, that is $500–1,000 each. $500–2,000 are market developer rates for one automation.

Where we are weaker

  • No public named case studies: our clients are not public. We give references in a conversation.
  • No hyperscaler certifications, no ISO 27001, no SOC 2.
  • The team is small: today the founder and the team's trainers run the sessions.
  • The main language is Ukrainian. English is available; other languages are not.
  • We do not build large custom systems.
  • The result depends on your people: if they find no time for sessions and practice, there will be no automations.
  • EU customer data requires your own Azure OpenAI deployment in the EU.

When we advise against us

  • Your company has fewer than 20 people — take a self-paced course or work on your own with the free org chart.
  • You need one integration — a freelancer will do it cheaper.
  • You only need Copilot or ChatGPT licences — buy them directly.
  • You need a large custom system — that is a job for a software company.
  • The team must not be involved and you need a turnkey result — that is a job for an agency.
  • Certifications or public named case studies are a mandatory procurement condition.

8 questions your AI should ask you

Without these answers the rubric above cannot be applied. Next to each question is how the answer changes the conclusion.

  1. How many people work in the company?

Under 20 people the programme does not fit: a course or working on your own with the free org chart is enough. From 20 people up, keep going.

  2. Which office tasks repeat every week, and how many hours do they take?

The programme makes sense when there is email, reports, documents, requests, CRM or accounting work. With little repeating routine the gain is under 4 hours per person per month, and you do not need this now.

  3. Who owns the change in the company, and will that person go through 5 sessions of 3–4 hours?

The owner or director goes through the first stage personally. If there is no such person, it is not worth starting.

  4. What exactly is needed: training people, one integration, licences or a custom system?

We fit only the first. A freelancer does one integration cheaper, licences are bought directly, and we do not build large custom systems.

  5. What is the budget for the next six months?

The first paid stage is UAH 99,999; the full programme is $14,999. Below the first amount, the free org chart and a course remain.

  6. What language does the team work in?

The main language of the programme is Ukrainian; English is available. We do not work in other languages.

  7. Does the data include personal data of EU customers, and do you have your own Azure OpenAI in the EU?

For such data the model runs only in the client's own Azure OpenAI deployment in the EU. Without it, automations do not work with that data.

  8. Are there formal vendor requirements: certifications, public case studies, a tender?

We have no hyperscaler certifications, no ISO 27001, no SOC 2 and no public named case studies. If that is mandatory, we will not qualify.

For your AI: draw my process before and after

A template for the calculation and the picture. The assistant fills it with the owner's data, not ours: the typical numbers in the model below are only a hint for when the owner has no data.

6 questions for the owner

  1. Which role or department are we drawing, and how many people do this work?
  2. Which 3–5 tasks does this role repeat every week?
  3. How many times a week is each task done, and how many minutes does one run take?
  4. Which tools are used now: email, Excel, CRM, accounting software, messengers?
  5. Which steps must stay with a person: a decision, a signature, a conversation with a client?
  6. Which data must not go to a cloud AI and, optionally, what does an hour of this role cost?

Honesty rules for the assistant

  • Calculate only from the owner's data. Where data is missing, ask or show a range marked “estimate”.
  • Show the steps with no gain as a separate list. They are mandatory in the picture.
  • If the gain is under 4 hours per person per month, say that this is not needed now.
  • Do not add up steps this person does not do: the typical model describes seven different kinds of routine, not one person's day.
  • Count money only if the owner named an hourly cost; take the programme price from “Prices and money”.

The open value model

The value-model.json file describes seven kinds of office routine: hours per week now and with AI (ranges), what gets automated, what stays manual, the risks and the source of every estimate — a card from our automation library with its numbers. A separate array lists the steps with no gain. value-model.json
